Grey's Anatomy Season 9, Episode 7: "I Was Made for Lovin’ You" looks to be an important episode. The preview promises a "bombshell no one could ever expect," and now a new tweet from Jesse Williams (Jackson Avery) seems to confirm that something huge is going down.

"Big big episode this week," Jesse tweeted today (November 27). "Gotta-watch-live-broadcast-Big. @GreysABC"

Gotta-watch-live-broadcast normally means something huge and easily spoiled happens. But what could it be? We suspect it isn't a death, since this season has already had more than its fair share of those.

The preview does seem to hint that April Kepner (Sarah Drew) could be pregnant, but the press release for the episode suggests Jackson will be "preoccupied by a shocking situation with April" for the whole episode — which means even if April is pregnant, Jackson probably finds out before the last five minutes. Unless she just thinks she might be pregnant, and confirms it at the end of the episode?

The preview also shows someone on the ground in the OR, and Alex (Justin Chambers) yelling "everybody get out." In this sneak peek of the episode we learn that it's Arizona (Jessica Capshaw) first day back to work. Maybe she falls because of her leg? But unless she injures herself further (please no!), we don't see how that's a huge bombshell, either.
