Talk about a glowing face! We're wondering what's making Dr. Bailey so happy this week. Could it be that hot male nurse?
Bailey (Chanda Wilson) and the super-hot Dr. Ben have had their ups and downs on Grey's Anatomy. Ben has come and gone from Bailey's life because he was busy starring on another show for a while, but what's going to happen now that it looks like he's back for good?

"Bailey — she is constantly trying to work it out, she’s trying a new thing," Chandra Wilson told Access Hollywood Live, dishing that Bailey is going to try to "put the moves" on Ben during Season 8, Episode 14: "All You Need Is Love." We're looking forward to seeing Bailey's romantic side. Maybe she learned a thing or two from Nurse Eli.
Don't expect to see a total romantic 180 from the constantly overworked Bailey, however. "She’s trying to leave herself open and a little bit more available, but she’s Bailey and she works and that’s gonna get in the way a little bit," Chandra explained.
Well, it wouldn't be Grey's Anatomy if that silly "saving lives" thing didn't get in the way of perfect romantic bliss!
