Grey's Anatomy  Season 8, Episode 18: “The Lion Sleeps Tonight” is still over a week away (why, ABC, why!?), but thanks to a press release from ABC, we now have a hint about what Season 8, Episode 19: "Support System" will be about.

Mark is chief: Forget love triangles —  Mark (Eric Dane) will "step in as chief for the day" in this episode! Apparently he takes his authority "very seriously," and "butts heads with Richard Webber [James Pickens Jr.] over a patient's liver transplant."

Owen and Cristina drama, still going strong: While Mark handles his duties for the day, Owen (Kevin McKidd) is busy being grilled about the "intimate details of his affair" by Cristina Yang (Sandra Oh). That sounds fun.

Boards stress: All of the residents are stressed about the boards, except Meredith (Ellen Pompeo), who Callie [Sara Ramirez] “deems ready.”

Teddy's special day: Finally, "Arizona [Jessica Capshaw], Callie, and Bailey [Chanda Wilson] plan a much needed ladies night for Teddy (Kim Raver)."

Grey’s Anatomy returns with an all-new episode on Thursday, April 5 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
