Grey's Anatomy has a lot of main characters, and we love them all. However, we haven’t seen very much of one character lately. We’re talking about the oh-so-memorable patient.

We’ve seen some crazy things in the past: women with spontaneous orgasms and boys stuck in cement. Where are those people? Surely they’re still out there doing something stupid that will cause them injury, right? Right.

According to TV Guide, Kevin McKidd (Owen Hunt) let it slip that in Season 9, Episode 4: "I Saw Her Standing There" (airing October 25), "We have a guy with hugely inflamed testicles, which is tricky because we have to shoot around them, which is not easy.”

Ouch. That might not be quite what we had in mind, but we’ll take it.

Are you guys excited for another quirky patient in the hospital, or do you think this particular case is going to be difficult to watch?

Catch the next new episode of Grey’s Anatomy on Thursday, October 18 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
