We're still a week away from a new Grey's Anatomy (it comes back February 3), but juicy little tidbits about the second half of Season 7 keep popping up to tide us over. Here's the scoop on what to expect from the next few episodes.

- Meredith has to leave the OR when she suddenly finds herself blind. Uh, what? Our money would be on a birth control-induced ocular migraine, but, considering she's trying to get pregnant, what gives?

- Miscarriage 2.0 is just a rumor. Callie's pregnancy will come full-term.

- Rachael Taylor's character might hold a bigger position in the hospital than just obstetrician.

- "Chasing Cars" by Snow Patrol, and "How To Save a Life" by The Fray are confirmed to be tracks sung in the upcoming musical episode. Um, how do we say this politely? DUH. Shocker.

- Someone's getting it on in the shower. Surprising! We've never seen that before on Grey's!

- Stay tuned February 3rd for a new episode of Grey's Anatomy, with Kevin McKidd's directorial debut!
