The Medical Drama: This week's medical drama focuses on Lexie (Chyler Leigh), Karev (Justin Chambers), and Arizona (Jessica Capshaw) trying to save Intern Morgan's (Amanda Fuller) premature son. Based on this preview, it looks a difficult decision will have to be made.

There will also be “an explosion at a local coffee shop" that sends the entire hospital into a frenzy. Of course there is.

Adele's breakdown: Speaking of difficult decisions, "Richard (James Pickens, Jr.) will have to make a choice about his living situation with Adele (Loretta Devine) as her condition deteriorates." Based on these sneak peek photos, you should bring an entire box of tissues.

Is Owen Cheating? Cristina (Sandra Oh) will "let her suspicions get the best of her." Based on this preview, Cristina is worried Owen (Kevin McKidd) is cheating. That can't end well...

A Sexy Bromance. After Jackson (Jesse Williams) “snaps at a patient,” Mark (Eric Dane) will encourage his protege to “find ways to relieve his stress.” This being Mark, that of course means he thinks Jackson should get it on more often.

Study time: As per her promise last week, Callie (Sara Ramirez) will "take Meredith [Ellen Pompeo] under her wing by helping her study for her boards."
