"The discord and chaos created by the hospital's new management team causes one physician to question his future at Seattle Grace," says the synopsis. Plus, "the doctors and the interns must juggle several transplant surgeries at once, each coming with its own set of obstacles."

We assume the "discord" is related to the fact that Jackson (Jesse Williams) has been thrust on the board as the representative of the Harper-Avery foundation, which is now the majority shareholder in the hospital. Or, as Catherine Avery so elegantly put it: His mom bought him a hospital.

Is Jackson the one who ends up questioning his future at the hospital? That would certainly make sense. We know he's always had a complicated relationship with his famous name; suddenly being everyone's boss because of mommy's money isn't exactly what he was looking for in a career.

Of course, it could be someone else. Maybe Richard (James Pickens Jr.) finds himself in an awkward position, as Catherine's lover. Maybe Owen (Kevin McKidd) gets frustrated being chief. Maybe Derek finds being one of the hospital's owners is harder than he thought. Maybe Alex (Justin Chambers) feels cut out, since he's one of the few members of the core cast who isn't involved in running the hospital at this point.
