Grey's Anatomy fans have a lot to look forward to (both good and bad) in the rest of Season 9. We know that Alex (Justin Chambers) will fall in love, another of Derek’s (Patrick Dempsey) sisters will show up (played by Neve Campbell), and someone will die. Like we said, good and bad. But after ABC released the press release for Season 9, Episode 9: “Run, Baby, Run,” we have a better idea of what to expect in the more immediate future.

With Derek’s sister Liz showing up in Season 9, Episode 8: “Love Turns You Upside Down,” how long will she stick around? According to the press release, she’ll be in Seattle for at least two episodes. Here’s what the release says:

As the rest of the doctors prepare for Bailey's wedding, Richard helps her through a bout of pre-wedding jitters. Meanwhile, Lizzie butts heads with Meredith, and Callie and Jackson try to convince Derek to participate in a risky surgery that could fix his hand.

So not only will “Lizzie” Shepherd be sticking around, but she’ll be butting heads with Meredith (Ellen Pompeo). Over what? Could they be arguing about Callie (Sara Ramirez) and Jackson’s (Jesse Williams) plan to fix Derek’s hand?

Meanwhile, Richard (James Pickens Jr.) is busy trying to get Bailey (Chandra Wilson) down the aisle. We also know that Adele (Loretta Devine) will make an appearance in this episode, so perhaps we’ll see her at the wedding … if Bailey makes it there.

What do you expect from the episode? Should Derek try anything to fix his hand? And will Bailey make it to the church on time?
