It's hard to believe, but Grey's Anatomy Season 8 — and with it, life as we know it at Seattle Grace-Mercy West — is coming to a close. We know at least one actor is leaving for Season 9, and even if everyone else stays at Seattle Grace-Mercy West, the residents will no longer be residents.

To help prepare us for this emotional journey, here is what an ABC press release has to say about the second to last episode of the season, Episode 23: "Migration."

Decisions are made: In this episode, the residents "make their final decisions regarding post-residency positions." We imagine tension will be running high as the docs debate whether or not to stay in Seattle.

Mark admits his feelings...to Derek: "Mark [Eric Dane] admits to Derek [Patrick Dempsey] that he is torn between his love for Lexie Grey [Chyler Leigh] and the fact that Julia can give him everything he's ever wanted." Hint: Mark, you should chose Lexie!

Poor Ben: Ben tries to plan "something extra special for Bailey [Chanda Wilson]." In a shocking twist, "she is preoccupied with her work." Haven't we been done this story before?

Arizona's childhood friend: "Arizona [Jessica Capshaw] encourages her childhood friend, Nick, to have surgery." Said friend will be played by Entourage's Jordan Belfi.

Patient of the week: That not enough for you? Good, because there's a patient of the week, too: "A couple on their third honeymoon come to the hospital complaining of mysterious symptoms." Mysterious symptoms? Someone call Dr. House, STAT!
