Jessica Capshaw (Arizona Robbins) isn’t the first Grey’s Anatomy star to get pregnant while filming (ahem, Sarah Drew), but she may be the first to forget she’s pregnant in the first place.

Jessica attended the launch of Diane von Furstenberg’s collaboration with GapKids on Saturday, March 4, and told People that, this being her third pregnancy, it’s a completely different experience each time.

The Grey’s star says that her first pregnancy, she was “so concentrated. It’s all exciting and new.” Her first-born was son Luke Hudson, who is now 4 years old. Her second pregnancy, daughter Eve Augusta, who is 1 ½ years old, went by “a little faster because you’ve got the first one to take care of.”

So now, expecting baby #3 this summer, she often doesn’t even realize she’s expecting until someone else points it out.

“When I’m out trying to get stuff done other people are like, ‘Oh my God! You’re pregnant,’” she says. “I’ll look down [like], ‘Yes! Yes I am!’”

At least we know  her character, Dr. Arizona Robbins, wouldn’t be so forgetful when it comes to babies.

Catch an all-new Grey’s Anatomy on Thursday, March 15 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
