Well, we didn't see this one coming. At the end of Grey's Anatomy Season 9, Episode 6: "Second Opinion," the doctors who were in the plane crash got unexpected news from their lawyers: the lawyers want to go after the institution that put the doctors on the plane in the first place — Seattle Grace-Mercy West.

Whoa. Whoa. While we're still wrapping our mind around why Seattle Grace-Mercy West would be at fault here, instead of the charter company or whoever built the plane, our real concern is whether or not the doctors will go through with this. Is it even possible for them to push back at this point, without losing their chance at getting any money?

We don't really know what happens next, but now we think we understand why Kevin McKidd (Owen Hunt) has said things get, "ugly, professionally" for poor Owen.
