Grey's Anatomy fans have been freaking out about all the cryptic news we've been hearing about the Season 8 finale (Season 8, Episode 24, "Flight"). However, Jessica Capshaw (Arizona Robbins) has some comforting words for the fans. Kinda.

"To all the people who have been tweeting about the finale: Don't freak out till it's time to freak out," she tweeted yesterday. "And no, it's not time to freak out."

What does that mean? She tweeted it before the news broke the a character is definitely going to die. Is it time to freak out now that we know that? Or should we wait to see the actual episode?

Jessica has tweeted in the past that fans shouldn't worry about the finale, "just wonder." Is she trying to tell us the finale isn't as traumatic as it sounds, or is she just trying to lower expectations so we're even more blown away when bad things happen?

We're so confused, and not really all the comforted.
