We’ve already introduced you to the McPerfect Grey's Anatomy dream man, so it’s only fair that the smokin’ hot women of Seattle Grace-Mercy West get their moment in the limelight as well. After all, the men wouldn’t be nearly as much fun if they didn’t have some gorgeous, smart, feisty women to chase (and makeout with in elevators).

So now is when we take the best trait (both physical and not) from each female character to create the woman of, well, everyone’s dreams:

Meredith’s (Ellen Pompeo) epic speeches/raspy voice: The combination of Meredith’s raspy voice and her unforgettable “pick me, choose me, love me” speeches makes us want to pick her, choose her and love her … Just like Derek (Patrick Dempsey).

Cristina’s (Sandra Oh) skill: We’re talking about her skill both surgically … and in the bedroom. Let’s face it: A woman who’s that confident has to have something going on.

Addison’s (Kate Walsh) hair: Also, her sexy eyebrow arch. You know, the look she’d give men when she’d bite her nail and look all turned on. Yea, it’s probably why she was referred to as McHot on multiple occasions. It’s also probably why she was a bit of a slut.

Izzie’s (Katherine Heigl) boobs: And Izzie’s body in general. Hey, she was a model.

Arizona’s (Jessica Capshaw) eyes: They’re sweet, they’re stunning, and they’re blue. We’re in.

Callie’s (Sara Ramirez) lips/vocals: We want Meredith’s talking voice and Callie’s general vocal talent. Come on. She speaks Spanish? Hot. She can sing? Hot.

April’s (Sarah Drew) moral center/compassion: Yes, she can be a little over-the-top at times, but April’s heart is almost always in the right place, which is more than we can say for some people.

Bailey’s (Chandra Wilson) spunk: Every perfect woman needs a bit of an edge, and Bailey’s feisty attitude is just what the relationship doctor ordered.

Lexie’s (Chyler Leigh) smile: It was so beautiful. Sigh.

Teddy’s (Kim Raver) friendship: Friendship is the foundation of any good relationship, which makes Teddy a pretty darn good catch. And Henry (Scott Foley) knew it.

Adele’s (Loretta Devine) loyalty: Adele defined “stick by your man” when she stayed with Richard (James Pickens Jr.) through his affair with Ellis (Kate Burton). That kind of loyalty is not easy to find.

There she is, in all of her good-voice, good-hair, good-sex glory. And together, Mr. and Mrs. McPerfect will live happily ever after … OK, this is Seattle Grace-Mercy West, so really, they will live happily ever after until the next big traumatic incident. But don’t worry. They will get through it together. We think.
