Playing Grey's Anatomy’s McDreamy might be rubbing off on Patrick Dempsey (Derek Shepherd) after all.

As Fox News reports, Patrick is leading a group that is trying to buy Tully’s Coffee, a Seattle-based coffee company that filed for bankruptcy in October. Tully’s is prominent throughout Seattle, where Patrick’s character Derek Shepherd lives, as well as California. It has a total of 58 locations in the U.S.

Patrick sees this as an opportunity to help hundreds of workers as well as the city of Seattle. Is he dreamy or what?

A bankruptcy hearing is scheduled for Jan. 11.
