Things aren't looking good for a triumphant Katherine Heigl Grey's Anatomy comeback. Last week, industry insiders reported that her Hollywood reputation is tarnished beyond repair, and now a source close to the show confirms that a return to the show is probably not in the cards.
Entertainment Weekly spoke to a source close to the show, who said that the chance of Katherine returning "doesn’t look good." As interesting as it would be to have a real conclusion to Izzie's story, you have to keep in mind that Katherine's departure from Grey's was full of drama, and left a bad taste in lots of people's mouths.
