We've gotten the latest on the Grey's Anatomy documentary episode airing next week. The ep will be told entirely from the camera crew's point of view, including their take on each of the doctors' personalities. No word yet on whether or not the narration will come from a camera crew member, but that could provide an essential window into how the outside world learned about the shootout and what they think of it. Plus, it might be nice to venture outside the bubble of Seattle Grace/Joe's/Casa Grey/Chateau de Calzona. We imagine Yang will be canonized by the public initially for saving Derek's life, but opinions of her are sure to change once crews encounter her...frank, shall we say, demeanor.

The Calzona bomb that explains Jessica Capshaw's 2-episode maternity leave will also drop in the October 28th episode. No hints on what the news might be, other than that it's good news. It's pretty safe to assume no babies or puppies in the couple's near future. We still think the best bet is an extended Home Depot trip to redecorate the apartment once Cristina and Owen have settled into their former firehouse abode.

Also, November sweeps will bring a new love triangle to Grey's, thank goodness. We were getting sleepy with all the committed couple love going on. Lexie and April (!) will reportedly duke it out over Karev. We lay our previous doubts aside. Maybe Alex will deflower Kepner after all.
