We're just three episodes away from the season finale of Grey's Anatomy, and, considering this week's episode will be dedicated to the Calzona wedding, it looks like there are a lot of loose ends to tie up.

First, we'll see the return of James Tupper as Dr. Andrew Perkins, who will try to sweep Teddy (Kim Raver) away from Seattle Grace to a military base in Germany. Will she accept his proposal or stay in Seattle with Henry? ABC promises her decision is "surprising."

Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) gets busted for her sneaky patient swap that allowed Adele to receive the treatment in the Alzheimer's trial, rather than the placebo. Uh oh. It leads to "unanticipated consequences for her and others" but we're betting that just means she's out of the race for Chief Resident once and for all. (Although, if she was put on probation or fired, it gives Ellen Pompeo an out at the end of next season when her contract is up...hmm...)

Cristina (Sandra Oh) winds up in a tough spot that leaves her choosing between her career and her relationship. We think she knows about Meredith's situation and is stuck between cracking the scandal wide open to snag Chief Resident for herself, or keeping the secret. Either way, we knew Cristina's bid for Chief Resident has been in jeopardy ever since Owen (Kevin McKidd) was put in charge of making the decision. Things seem to be looking better and better for Karev (Justin Chambers) every week.

Finally, Owen will announce his choice for Chief Resident just in the nick of time. Phew! At least we don't have to go all summer with that hanging over our heads. But what will the big cliffhanger be?

The season finale, "Unaccompanied Minors," airs May 19th. Stay tuned.
