JESSE WILLIAMS (Jackson)
Williams recently wrapped a horror flick, The Cabin in the Woods, which will be released this winter. Until then, you can get your Jesse fix by watching the music video for Rihanna's "Russian Roulette" on repeat (as we have been doing, sigh)... or catching Season 7 of Grey's.

SARAH DREW (April)
Prior to making the rounds at Seattle Grace-Mercy West as April Kepner on Grey's, Sarah made the television rounds, landing guest spots on Glee, Supernatural, Miami Medical, and Castle. She's also a recurring cast member on Mad Men. On the big screen, she had a part in the romantic comedy Tug, which premiered this April at the Newport Beach International Film Festival.

KIM RAVER (Teddy)
Need a hit of Teddy? Catch Raver in the Lifetime movie Bond of Silence, which premieres August 23. Kim portrays a widow who forms an unlikely connection with the teen who killed her husband.

ERIC DANE (Mark)
In March, McSteamy became America's hottest dad when his wife Rebecca Gayheart gave birth to their first child, daughter Billie Beatrice. This new bundle of joy hasn't kept him from work, however: He just wrapped production on the musical Burlesque, starring Cher, Stanley Tucci, Kristen Bell, and Christina Aguilera. The film is slated for release in November.

CHYLER LEIGH (Lexie)
Chyler recently filmed the upcoming Lifetime movie The 19th Wife, based on the David Ebersoff novel of the same name. So, will she play wife number 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, or 19? And we thought Big Love's Bill was pushing his household limits!

KEVIN McKIDD (Owen)
K-McKidd has been a busy guy: He played Poseidon in Percy Jackson & The Olympians: The Lightning Thief, and he'll appear in the fantasy drama Bunraku and the comedy The Great Ghost Rescue. There are also some rumors floating around about a film adaptation of his HBO series Rome. Um, yes please!

JESSICA CAPSHAW (Arizona)
Jessica spent part of the summer taking it easy on her stepdad Steven Spielberg's compound in the Hamptons — the adorable actress is preggers with her second child with equally adorable husband Christopher Gavigan.

PATRICK DEMPSEY (Derek)
Dempsey will prove his action chops in Transformers 3 and show his funnier side in the crime comedy Flypaper. Also, he continues to raise support and funds for cancer research through The Dempsey Challenge and The Patrick Dempsey Center for Cancer Hope & Healing in his hometown of Lewiston, Maine. McDreamy indeed!

SARA RAMIREZ (Callie)
Sara is on the board of the Al D. Rodriguez Liver Foundation, which will have its 2nd Annual Benefit Gala on October 4, 2010, in NYC. She's an amazing singer, a talented actress, and a philanthropist — is there anything this woman can't do?

JUSTIN CHAMBERS (Alex)
In addition to being a devoted husband and father to his five (yes, five!) children, Justin recently wrapped production on The Happiest Man Alive, a comedy short about a man who stabs himself in the chest and goes on about his life like nothing happened. (This is a comedy — really?) The film premiered at the 2010 Maui Film Festival last month.

CHANDRA WILSON (Bailey)
Having directed two episodes of Grey's this past season ("Give Peace a Chance" and "Push"), Chandra will step behind the camera again for this upcoming season's fifth episode. She is also slated to appear in the drama Frankie and Alice (alongside Halle Berry) and the suicide cult thriller Forever. (That second one sounds pretty grim...)

JAMES PICKENS JR. (Richard)
Other than Grey's, James has no projects in the pipeline, so it seems he's enjoying spending time with his family and competing in roping competitions (yes, roping) with his horse Smokey.

Just because Grey's is on hiatus doesn't mean its cast members haven't been busy. (Okay, some of them aren't busy, but they have their reasons!) Here's what your favorite actors and actresses have been doing with themselves while out of their scrubs this summer.

ELLEN POMPEO (Meredith)
Ellen is obviously reveling in the joys of motherhood, having been spotted toting daughter Stella Luna (such a celeb baby name) around town. If she's not headed to mommy-daughter yoga with her little one, the rail-thin exercise addict is usually workout-bound. Outside the gym, she landed a role in the film The Goree Girls, set for release in 2011. Based on the true story of eight women who formed a country-western band while imprisoned at The Goree State Farm for Women, the movie will also star Jennifer Aniston and (surprise, surprise!) Sandra Oh.

SANDRA OH (Cristina)
Homegirl's been getting around! We already know that she's going to appear on the silver screen with Ellen, her small screen co-star, in The Goree Girls, and before that, she'll amuse audiences in this summer's family flick Ramona and Beezus. Other productions in the pipeline for her include the drama Rabbit Hole with Nicole Kidman and Aaron Eckhart and the British miniseries Thorne.
