While everyone else was snuggling up to their significant other on Grey's Anatomy Season 8, Episode 14: "All You Need Is Love" Owen (Kevin McKidd) was busy avoiding Cristina (Sandra Oh) and being told he should be dead by Teddy (Kim Raver).

Will Teddy ever forgive her former best friend, or is that relationship ruined forever?

Okay, so we don't have a definitive answer for you. But Kim Raver warned that "Teddy feels extremely betrayed." No kidding!

"To have [Teddy's] trust be broken, especially by the person she really entrusted her whole life to, cut pretty deep," Kim explained.

However, Kim suggests that the anger we saw from Teddy is masking something else. "That anger could be covering sadness. I think she’s extremely sad."

So while Teddy's lashing out now, is there's a chance she'll eventually learn to forgive once she starts dealing with her pain? "It’s going to be difficult between her and Owen," Kim dished. "But it’s also exciting what starts coming out of Teddy’s sadness, and it’s pointed toward Kevin McKidd’s character."

Our interpretation is that we shouldn't give up hope. Owen's lie was a huge betrayal, but Teddy and Owen have been through a lot — we think they can get through this, too. But maybe that's wishful thinking...
