Did Patrick Dempsey Get a Nose Job?

At left, Dempsey sports a fedora (ahead of the times, eh?) and a wider nose back in 1990. At right, Dempsey's nose is noticeably thinner in 2009. Regardless, Patrick Dempsey has always been and always will be a McDreamster.
