You’ve got McDreamy (Patrick Dempsey) and McSteamy (Eric Dane), which fulfill the Handsome and Sexy categories, respectively. Then there’s Karev (Justin Chambers), who we think qualifies as Hot; Avery (Jesse Williams) who we think gets the Smooth title; and finally, Owen (hot Scot Kevin McKidd) who takes Rugged to the extreme.
