Sarah Drew (April Kepner) is a busy girl. On top of her Grey's Anatomy duties, she's also starring in a short film called Waking Marshall Walker. Recently, she tweeted a few pictures from the film's location in Chappell Vineyard, and she looks as gorgeous as the setting.
