It's Sarah Drew (April Kepner)! The Grey's actress was seen, belly and all, at the 2011 American Music Awards in LA, when she was around seven months pregnant. Sarah and her husband, Peter Lanfer, had their first baby boy, Micah Emmanuel Lanfer, last January.
