We’re used to seeing Grey’s Anatomy star Patrick Dempsey (Derek Shepherd) get close with Ellen Pompeo (Meredith Grey) during filming, but it looks like the on-screen doc was recently spotted getting cozy with another, far darker-and-twistier, lady.
