Patrick Dempsey Is a McDreamy Dad (PHOTOS)

If all goes well, Derek Shepherd is going to be the proud dad of two kids soon. Fortunately, Patrick Dempsey is no stranger to daddy duty — he has three kids of his own with wife Jillian Dempsey.

Tallulah is 10 years old, and twin boys Sullivan and Darby are five. Though Patrick is pretty private when it comes to showing off his brood, he and his kiddies have made a few ridiculously adorable public appearances.
