Patrick Dempsey (Derek Shepherd) is a busy boy. He recently swung by Ellen, where it looks like he had an uproariously good time. And he found time to snap a pic with three of the Fierce Five (for those with a short memory, that's the Olympic Gold medal winning US Women's Gymnastics Team.) We're not sure who we're more jealous of: Them, or him.
