The highly-anticipated Grey's Anatomy-Private Practice cross-over episode is almost here, and we’ve got the photos to prove it.
ABC has just released some new photos from the cross-over special that features Lexie Grey (Chyler Leigh) and Derek Shepherd (Patrick Dempsey) having a very serious conversation with PP’s Amelia (Caterina Scorsone), who is in Seattly Grace-Mercy West to ask for big brother Derek’s help with a rare disease.
