Any show that has lasted as long as Grey's Anatomy has its fair share of former cast members. From memorable guest stars killed off too soon to beloved regulars who had to leave, Seattle Grace-Mercy West has said goodbye to many talented faces over the years.

We've been missing T.R. Knight ever since he left Grey's Anatomy, so we're totally pumped for his newest role on the big screen in 42. Apparently, so are his old co-stars!
