Gwyneth Paltrow’s Guide to Anal Sex

First, Gwyneth Paltrow told the world about steaming your vagina.

Now, the mom of two and Goop founder is here to give her top tips on having butt sex.

In the second annual sex issue on her lifestyle site Goop, Gwyneth tackles all things anal.

Read on for the actress’s dos and don’ts on backdoor action.

1. Do use lots of lube.

(F**king duh, Gwyneth.)

2. Do use a condom unless you’re totally monogamous.

“A woman has a 17-times-greater risk of getting HIV and AIDS from receiving anal intercourse than from having vaginal intercourse,” the site explains.

“Because of the amount of trauma the anus and rectum receive during anal intercourse, the likelihood of getting a sexually transmitted infection is higher than with vaginal intercourse,” Goop continues.

We’re feeling a little traumatized just reading Gwyneth’s guide, TBH.

3. Don’t drink or do drugs beforehand.

“Do not have anal sex while drunk or stoned,” Goop advises. “Pain is an important indicator that damage can occur if you don’t make the necessary adjustments, including stopping.”

4. Do have a book club before you have butt sex.

“Both of you should read all you can about it first,” Goop says.

5. Don’t expect to have an orgasm strictly from anal.

“Some women say they have amazing orgasms from anal, but usually they will be stimulating their clitoris at the same time,” the site says.

Uh, so what’s the point of all this again?
