In the episode, the Liars attend the Ravenswood Founders’ Day celebration, where they spot a “brooding, handsome teenage boy” from across the room. This broody teen is Luke (Brett Dier), one of the main characters in the Pretty Little Liars spin-off, Ravenswood. The Liars immediately pick up on what he’s wearing — a vintage military uniform.
PLL Script Spoiler
From what we can tell, it appears as though Luke is also carrying something that makes the Liars suspicious of him. Immediately, the girls start to speculate that this total stranger could be “A.”
“We could go up and ask [spoiler redacted] if he’s “A,” Hanna says, to which the other three Liars respond, “Hanna!”
“What?!” Hanna says. “This is crazy. We’ve never even seen him before. Why would a total stranger be after us…”
So it sounds like the Liars have a reason to question Luke’s motives. Could the uniform have set them off? Because Luke isn’t the only one dressed up in vintage military garb at the celebration — Ezra is too! Does this mean Ezra and Luke are working together? Or is Ezra manipulating Luke in some way?
At the end of the script, Emily says, “He’s not alone anymore.” Could this be Ezra in costume? Or is Luke’s twin sister Olivia also making an appearance? We’re thinking it’s the latter, but we never know what kind of twists and turns the Pretty Little Liars writers will throw at us.
What do you think, Pretty Little Liars fans? Are Ezra and Luke working together? Sound off in the comments!
