Happy July 4th! Watch The Voice’s Top 10 Most Patriotic Performances! (VIDEOS)

It’s Independence Day, Voice fans! So crack open the watermelon and light up the grill. And after you watch the firework display, curated by Voice coach Usher, be sure to check out these epic patriotic performances from The Voice’s past four seasons.

10. Kayla Nevarez “American Boy” (Season 3)

This confident singer had a painful home life, but managed to wow the coaches with her soulful rendition of this Estelle song. She just wanted an American boy ... American boyyyy.

9. Casey Muessigmann “Sweet Home Alabama” (Season 3)

This cowboy didn’t last long in the competition, but he was the first to sing this southern classic and get chair turns in the blind auditions. We tip our hats to you, sir.

8. Danielle Bradbery, Amber Carrington, Sarah Simmons, Caroline Glaser “All-American Girl” (Season 4)

Helping to wrap up a season of country singers and cowboys boots, Danielle Bradbery brought back some friends for the Season 4 finale to sing this Carrie Underwood love song.

7. RaeLynn “She’s Country” (Season 2)

This sassy singer was not to be trifled with. From her giant hair flowers to her dirt-shakin’ cowboy boots RaeLynn was a contestant we won’t soon forget. And brother, she’s country.

6. Danielle Bradbery “Heads Carolina, Tails California” (Season 4)

The Season 4 winner sang a number of country classics, but this one took us all over the good ole USofA!

5. Bryan Keith “New York State of Mind” (Season 3)

Right after Hurricane Sandy ravaged Bryan’s home state of New York, the singer sang this jazzy tribute to his home and the victims of the storm.

4. Danielle Bradbery “Maybe It Was Memphis” (Season 4)

This song ended up being Danielle’s “standout moment” in Season 4. She sang it twice in the course of the competition and it only gets better each time.

3. The Swon Brothers “Okie From Muskogee” (Season 4)

After tornadoes destroyed homes and took lives in Oklahoma, The Swon Brothers sang this touching tribute to their home state, proving that staying true to your roots will get you far.

2. Danielle Bradbery, The Swon Brothers, and Holly Tucker “Mountain Music” (Season 4)

Blake built an intense team of country singers in Season 4, so naturally they sang some great country music. This group number was one of the more memorable of the past season.

1. Liz Davis “Independence Day” (Season 3)

In a special Election Week performance, Team Blake Shelton’s sole Season 3 country artist gave a gorgeous rendition of this Martina McBride classic. It wasn’t good enough to move her forward and we thought country was cursed forever on The Voice. Clearly we knew nothing.
