Welcome to the world, Gunner Stone!

Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag just released the first photo of their baby boy, who was born on October 1.

Their little guy arrived weighing  6 lbs, 12 oz. and measuring 19 inches long.

As to be expected, the proud parents have already created their son an Instagram account, so he’ll certainly take after mom and dad.

The former reality TV villain opened about the delivery process and revealed how the birthing experience changed both of their lives.

“I actually heard [a doctor] refer to him as a superbaby,” the father of one told Us Weekly.

“I swear I did not make that up.”

The labor process took just five hours and Lauren Conrad’s former BFF refused to use any drugs.

“I was like, ‘This is way gnarlier than anything I am mentally prepared for,’” Spencer shared.

“Thankfully, Heidi’s makeup artist and now one of Gunner’s godmothers stepped in for the first couple hours.”

Spencer had a bit of a freakout during the delivery, but he was right there by his wife’s side for it all.

“He was like an Olympic coach telling me, ‘You’ve been praying for Gunner all your life. Here is he comes. Push him out!’” the 31-year-old said.

Though the couple married in November 2008, they decided to wait to have children to pursue their reality TV careers.

“I find myself crying just looking at him,” Heidi confessed.

Their little boy is only a few weeks old, but his 34-year-old papa already sees his son as an athlete.

“He’ll probably be a pitcher, so when Gunner steps to the mound, he’s going to be gunning those throws down home plate,” Spencer said.

“If he wants to be a skier, he’s going to do be gunning down those moguls. It just applies to a lot of sports.”

Congrats, Speidi!
