Love & Hip Hop Atlanta Season 3 has seen a fair share of its female stars turning up — all the way up — and on Monday night’s episode of the drama-filled show, Lil Scrappy and his friend Erica Pinkett got into a heated war with words that became physical and left Pinky in tears.
Outraged over Erica P.’s display, fans took to social media to advise the Season 3 newbie to make better life decisions, but she wasn’t having it and later took to Instagram to tell the viewers to stop criticizing her life.
"Worry about your life and I'll worry about mine! Stop telling me I'm too good for this one! I already knew that!" Erica told fans on Instagram. The model/actress went on to say that she’s an entertainer, and while she’s made several mistakes in life, being on TV isn’t one of them.
"Now people know who I am! It is now up to me to do something great with that kind of attention! I love falling down because it makes me appreciate getting up! Every day my mentions are full of 'viewers' who really believe a girl like me would be chasing anyone! And they really believe the illusions of a square television … don't knock me for getting a check to feed my child please!"
As you know, Erica has been depicted as one of Scrappy’s many female friends trying to lead him astray from his ongoing relationship with new girl (and fellow VH1 reality veteran) Bambi.
While Pinky claims that fans have got the story all wrong, she promises that she’ll do her best with her newfound celebrity. And even if she does make another mistake — like believing a guy like Scrappy was solely in love with her when he wasn’t — it’s hers to make.
"If I make mistakes please allow me to make them because I'm smart enough to learn from them! I just want to be ME," she demanded.
We hear you loud and clear, Pinky.
