While drama has been in high volume on Mob Wives: New Blood this season, it’s nothing compared to what new cast member Alicia DiMichele has been dealing with off-screen. The Philly lady has been awaiting her fate for embezzlement charges that she copped to some time ago, and it looks like she’ll have to keep waiting.

Alicia was in court Monday in Brooklyn to receive her sentencing for crimes of embezzlement related to a trucking company she co-owned with her husband, the now-incarcerated (and rumored mob enforcer) Eddie Garofalo. But it looks like the judge wasn’t ready yet to make a final decision in this ongoing trial. Alicia spoke with All About the Real Housewives about the court’s decision to delay sentencing.

“The judge postponed my sentencing because my restitution issue is not yet resolved,” she shared. “Therefore, she cannot sentence me until that part is settled. They think maybe some time in March I’ll be sentenced, but they are not sure. I am beyond frustrated.” We can imagine!

The restitution issue Alicia is referring to is the $20K that prosecutors are asking her to return for the funds she plead guilty to embezzling. In addition to that lump sum, prosecutors are looking for her to pay up to a $96K fine for the $8K per episode she’s earned for the 12 ep order on her Mob Wives contract.

We wish you and your three children the best, Alicia!
