How Much Weight Did Jaleel White Lose on DWTS Season 14?

Jaleel White was the most recently eliminated contestant on Dancing With the Stars Season 14, and his pro partner Kym Johnson is speaking up about her experience dancing with the former Family Matters star. As it turns out, Jaleel may not have looked like he needed to lose any weight in the Season 14 Premiere, but he lost 13 pounds by the Season 14, Week 7: Results show!

Kym tells the Huffington Post, “It's not like he needed to lose weight, but now he's more toned. Jaleel said that he hasn't been this fit since he was in college."

The 5’11” actor looked perfectly fit to us when he first came out dancing back in Week 1, but Kym insists that dancing is really the best and most fun way to lose weight. “On the show, the celebrities not only learn how to dance, but they also transform their bodies," she says. "And it's all from dance. I don't go to the gym. I don't go running. I don't lift weights. I just dance."

Maybe we should buy that DWTS Workout DVD after all!
