Iggy Azalea’s “Fancy” Was Turned Into a Pregnant Mom Parody (VIDEO)

You can’t turn on the radio these days without hearing the uber-catchy rap song “Fancy” by talented rapper and Australian pop phenom, Iggy Azalea.

While Iggy has other female rappers clamoring to mimic her signature style, one clever group of moms decided that they could pay homage to “Fancy” in a unique way. In their video, they parodied the song’s lyrics to fit their very knocked-up status.

Some changes? “Takin’ pre-natal straight, never chase that. Put Frozen on, where my nap at?” and “I’m P-R-E-G-G-O, hope my water hold. Did you get my push present, only two weeks to go.” Among other things, they’ve altered the chorus line from “I’m so fancy” to “I’m so pregnant.”

The video featured on Youtube was created by a team called What’s Up Moms, and features Meg as the super preggo momma. The re-worked rap captures the joys of having a bun in the oven for nine glorious months (i.e., not being able to see your own toes, having to pee every two minutes). These ladies also take on everything from not being able to get “drunk off of the mini bar” and to strangers wanting to touch their baby bump.

We’ve got to hand it to these moms, this is some pretty clever wordsmithing, and some decent dancing for someone who is nine months along. This will definitely be a one-of-a-kind memento for the future baby.

What do you think about the video? Sound off below!
