In the Pretty Little Liars Season 3 finale, we were introduced to an alliance that fans have started to call the "B" team — Melissa, Jenna, and Shana. In the Season 4 premiere, we learned from Mona that Jenna and Shana are both afraid of Melissa, which sheds some light on that dynamic ... but not a lot of light. What we're wondering is: Do you think the "B" team is evil?
At this point, it's hard to tell what their motivations are. We know Jenna and Shana rescued Wilden after Ashley Marin hit him with her car. We know that Jenna and Melissa are linked to the N.A.T. club, and the N.A.T. club is linked to the night Ali died. As far as we can tell, this group is not associated with the "A" team.
So, the question is: What's their motivation? Is the "B" team linked to Ali's death? Are they perhaps willing to do anything to protect the secret of what happened to her that night? That's one theory, and it makes them seem pretty bad.
On the other hand, given how evil Big "A" has been in the past, and given that in the Season 3 finale Jenna seemed very worried about "tapes" someone had, it's possible that the "B" team is actually being victimized and blackmailed by "A". Clearly, they have some dark secrets, but then again, so do the Liars. Secrets alone don't make you evil in Rosewood.
We want to know what you think: Is the "B" team evil, or is there more to their story? Sound off in the comments below!
