Is Dez Duron Re-Auditioning For The Voice Season 3?

Last season on The Voice, an attractive Yale football player named Dez Duron took the stage in the blind auditions. Singing the Backstreet Boys’ “I Want It That Way,” Dez failed to impress the four celebrity coaches in the Feb. 6, 2012 episode of blind auditions.

“I mean, how adorable are you?” Christina Aguilera proclaimed after turning around post-audition. “Can we start over?”

The pop diva wasn’t the only one regretting her decision not to turn, but sadly for Dez, the competition is more focused on the voice than the look, and he went home empty handed.

But thanks to a new promo for the upcoming fall season, we know that Dez re-auditions for our favorite show with a smile on his face!

The singer is known for his sunny personality, but does this grin imply that he’ll be traveling on to at least the battle rounds?

He’s not spilling, but the contestant did tweet yesterday, saying:

Since his original audition, Dez has continued to pursue a career in music. But it was his good looks that nabbed him a spot in a recent American Eagle commercial and poster campaign.

Check out his sexy commercial below!

Do you think Dez will make it the second time around? Weigh in below!
