Is ‘The Walking Dead’ on Tonight, November 1, 2015?

Get ready, Walking Dead fans!

Season 6 of the hit AMC show continues tonight, November 1, at 9 p.m. ET. Episode 4 is called “Here’s Not Here,” and after the cliffhanger ending of last Sunday’s “Thank You” — in which Glenn Rhee might have died — we’ll be switching gears entirely, to a 90-minute episode dedicated solely to Lennie JamesMorgan Jones.

Episode 4 is expected to take us completely out of the chronology of events and focus on the period in Morgan’s life between Season 3’s “Clear” and when viewers we reacquainted with Rick Grimes’ old pal late last season. It will likely explain how Morgan went from super-paranoid in Season 3 to the peaceful, stick-wielding guy we know now.

Though a 90-minute episode focused entirely on one character may sound like it has the potential to be a bit dry, the installment was written by showrunner Scott Gimple during San Diego Comic Con 2014, so we’ve got high hopes for it.

“I think a lot of people have been wanting to get a little bit of a sense of how Morgan went from the guy in Season 3 to the guy we introduced at the end of Season 5,” Greg Nicotero tells Entertainment Weekly of the season’s fourth ep.

“There’s going to be a lot of blanks filled in, in a very Scott Gimple Walking Dead sort of way.”

The synopsis for “Here’s Not Here” reads, “ A new face appears; trust issues form.” That doesn’t really go along with what we’ve been told to expect thus far, but we’ll take it. HERE is everything we know about it so far.
