Dancing With The Stars Helps Jack Osbourne Cope With Personal Tragedy
Nowadays it’s difficult to recognize Jack Osbourne. The son of rock legend Ozzy Osbourne and the equally famous Sharon Osbourne, the 27-year-old has undergone a physical transformation in recent years, losing more than 40 pounds in an effort to get healthy. Unfortunately, it hasn’t all been sunshine and roses for Jack.
“My schedule is so busy, it helps,” Jack recently told Life & Style. “Every day I know exactly: I’m up, I’m at the studio. I like getting it done early. It’s been good.”
Good for Jack mentally but are the notorious physical demands of DWTS best for him physically?
“Doctors always have concerns,” explains Jack, whose Week 1 foxtrot with dance partner Cheryl Burkehad mom Sharon tearing up in the audience. “At the end of the day, I'm my own test. They can't tell me how I'm going to feel and there's no rhyme or reason to the way MS kind of unfolds itself. They just tell me to roll with it.”
Rocking and rolling — now there’s something the Osbourne family has no problem doing.
