Jacqueline Laurita Is Doing Jillian Michaels’s Intense Workouts!

We’ve heard of people going on diets when they join a TV show. But after they leave one? Apparently, it’s a thing, because The Real Housewives of New Jersey‘s two departing cast members are doing just that.

Caroline Manzo recently shared that she's planning on dropping 30 pounds by the end of this year, and now Jacqueline Laurita revealed that she is in the middle of Jillian Michaels' super intense workout videos, the 30-Day Shred.

"Um... Level 2 on your 30 day shred is kicking my ass!!!@JillianMichaels Love it! XOXO! I'm afraid of level 3," Jacqueline tweeted on January 23.

If you're not familiar with Jillian's style from her days on The Biggest Loser, picture a 5-foot-nothing drill sergeant that won't stop pushing you until you're falling off the treadmill. And possibly throwing up into a nearby garbage bin.

Seriously, Jillian is no joke, and her workout DVDs are supposedly killer, especially once you move up to level 2 and 3. We don't blame Jacqueline for fearing what's to come.

Personally, we think Jac looks pretty fantastic already, but we're glad to hear she's keeping a healthy, active lifestyle. It's also nice to see that Jacqueline is opting to keep her figure the old-fashioned way. The busy mama had a tummy tuck and a neck lift in the past few years, but it seems like she's all about putting in the hard work and sweat.

We can't wait to see some results pictures from Jacqueline!
