Jared Haibon on Ashley I.’s Involvement in Caila Quinn Split
Enough is enough for Jared Haibon!
After two dramatic runs on Bachelor in Paradise — both times related to his complicated friendship with Ashley Iaconetti — the Rhode Island native has realized he’s just not going to find love on the franchise.
“I'm done,” Jared tells ABC News, though he does credit the show with helping to build his character.
The 27-year-old continues, “As much as I would love to just do it every year hopefully I will be in a loving relationship by the next time Bachelor in Paradise airs. I’ve hit my ceiling. There’s no more. No mas for Jared. This is my last one.”
While he might be done with reality TV, he’s not cutting off ties with Ashley I., whom he calls “an incredible person.”
“She came into paradise like a wrecking ball as only she can do, which is one of the most endearing things about her that I love,” the Bachelorette 2015 alum gushes.
“She’s so raw! That’s Ashley. She is raw and she’s emotional and she’s vulnerable and she’s irrational at times and yet she is adorable and sweet and kind and honest and so I’m happy that things worked out the way they did.”
Wow. We’d love to have someone talk about us that way!
After that, it’s hard to believe KardAshley didn’t have any affect on the end of Jared and Caila Quinn’s relationship — especially after Caila insinuated as much on After Paradise this week.
“I feel like we have only so much room in our hearts. And when you give someone this much amount of time, and this much amount of love, you don’t have room for anyone else,” she said at the time.
Jared also denied that train of thought on Twitter on Wednesday. He insists Ashley “made mistakes in Paradise, but she is not the reason Caila and I are not together,” citing vague “obstacles” for what ended their romance.

Now the only question is, if he’s not going back to Paradise, who will make Ashley I. cry? Because you know the producers won’t let her go so quickly.
Bachelor in Paradise airs every Monday and Tuesday at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
