"I gave her a key to my apartment," Jax tells OK! Magazine. "And it's changed already. Came home the other day, and [my apartment] was, like, all redone." Nothing wrong with a woman's touch, Jax.
So what made him decide to give her his key? "Just 'cause she was coming over, 'cause she lived in Palmdale, and I'm like, 'Oh, y'know, it's just easier if you have a key 'cause I'm never home,'" he explains.
Okay, so the decision had to do with pragmatic reasons. Still, after all the drama that Jax's turbulent love life has caused on the past two seasons of VR, it's nice to see him settling down with a steady relationship.
Jax points out that his fellow cast members all like Carmen, and he recognizes that giving Carmen the key is kind of a big deal. "I guess that's a special thing, right?" he adds. "If a girl gets a key to an apartment."
Don't try to downplay it, dude! There's nothing wrong with acting like a mature, well-adjusted adult once in a while. And we're wishing these two all the best!
Are you surprised that Jax made Carmen a key? And do you think their relationship will last?
