According to Dustin, this is actually not that uncommon with cases like this, and it isn’t a good or bad thing. He tells us exclusively, “It is very common with felony charges in district court to not be indicted immediately.”
So when will Jenelle be back in court? Dustin explains, “Jenelle has court on July 25, 2013, and I am hoping to resolve all of her matters on that day in court.”
