Jenelle Evans Admits She Should Have Told Courtland Rogers About Her Abortion

Fans were shocked to find out that Teen Mom 2's Jenelle Evans had an abortion in 2012, but you know who was even more shocked? Her estranged husband, Courtland Rogers. The dude was in jail for heroin possession when Jenelle terminated her pregnancy, and didn't find out about his wife's procedure until it was featured on a promo for the upcoming season of Teen Mom 2.

Jenelle exclusively told Wetpaint Entertainment that she never told Courtland about the abortion, saying "I had someone tell him while he was in jail that I was pregnant, so he knew. But he didn't know I had an abortion. But he should have figured because I wasn't pregnant forever, so..."

Jenelle didn't seem to feel too bad about not telling Courtland about her abortion, but it looks like she's had a change of heart. "Yes, I did admit that I didn't tell CR I had the abortion," she tweeted. "I do think it was irresponsible not to tho…"

Courtland probably deserved to know about his wife's decision, but Jenelle shouldn't feel guilty about terminating the pregnancy, and we can definitely understand why she chose to keep Courtland out of the loop. After all, this is a guy who Jenelle's accused of physical abuse! Plus, Courtland was incarcerated at the time of her abortion, so it would have been somewhat difficult for Jenelle to arrange a meet n' greet and still have time for the procedure before the cut-off (which is at about 14 weeks pregnant –– at least at Planned Parenthood).

Do you think Jenelle should have told Courtland about her abortion? Weigh in below!
