Jenelle Evans’s Boyfriend Nathan Griffith Representing Himself in Upcoming Trial
In case you'd forgotten, Jenelle Evans and her boyfriend, Nathan Griffith, were pulled over by the cops back in September thanks to a bout of drunk driving. Apparently, Nathan was weaving all over the road due to the fact that he and Jenelle were hurrying back to their house so they could have sex (um … so many ums), and poor Nathan ended up getting tasered by a policeman. In short, it was a fateful night full of WTFs, and according to The Real Teen Mom Talk Nathan is prepping for the trial of the century.
Natan was charged with a DUI, speeding, driving with a suspended license, driving on the wrong side of the road and resisting arrest, and he's filed a motion requesting trial by jury. We repeat, Nathan wants a team of innocent locals to sound off on his punishment, and the best part? He's representing himself, and will stand trial for all charges except the DUI (he's using a public defender for that one).
Because, guys? Who needs a lawyer when you can suit up and be your own lawyer. Hopefully, Nathan's been reading up on local driving laws in South Carolina, because last time we checked everything he's being accused of doing is completely illegal. However, Nathan's a charmer, so maybe he'll be able to convince his jury to give him a break. How will they be able to resist his bulging muscles and recently bleached hair? Answer: they won't be able to.
Do you think Nathan stands a chance at winning his trial? Sound off below.
