Much like every other season of Teen Mom, Jenelle started 5B with the looming threat of incarceration. But good news! This chronic jailbird managed to avoid a prison sentence thanks to her lawyer's mad skills.
However, Nathan wasn't quite so lucky. In order to get his felony charges dismissed, this dude had to plead guilty for driving under suspension (as well as some smaller crimes), and was asked to serve about 30 days in jail.
Nathan only ended up serving 11 days of his sentence and was home right in time for Easter — but reliving this traumatizing event was hard on poor Jenelle. This gal watched Teen Mom 2's premiere with fans while and live-tweeted the experience.
"I was so upset," Jenelle tweeted. "I lost my best friend for a little bit of time." Luckily, Nathan was quick to reassure his lady love by saying, "IM RIGHT HERE SILLY!"
Let's hope Nathan never has to serve jail time again now that he's a full-time dad. We can't imagine how hard it would be for Jenelle to raise Baby Kaiser on her lonesome!
