Our prayers are finally being answered, y'all! After almost three months behind bars, Jenelle Evans’s estranged husband, Courtland Rogers, is getting out of jail. Courtland

has spent the better part of 2013 in and out of the slammer, starting with that fateful day in April when he and Jenelle were both arrested for heroin possession and domestic assault. Courty faced charges of assault on a female, heroin possession (with intent to sell), and possession of drug paraphernalia — but that's not all!

This dude was arrested again (while in prison!) for failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge, was arrested for a third time this past September for harassing Jenelle's sister, and was once again arrested in October for a probation violation (he turned himself in after relapsing). Oh, and Courtland got scabies while in prison, which makes this sordid tale so much worse.

Jenelle's hubby definitely has some explaining to do, and we imagine he'll hop right back on Twitter when he gets out — which could be as soon as next week, at least according to Jenelle.

"My soon-to-be ex husband, Courtland Rogers gets released from jail next week," Jenelle mused on Sulia. "Everyone is well aware of why he is in jail, and now he's about to be released. Hopefully he can stay sober, and get his life on track, and find happiness."

Last time we checked, Courtland was going to serve a nine month sentence for his probation violation — putting his release in July 2014 — so we assume he's either getting out early for good behavior or he ponied up that $2,000 bond.

We're impressed by Jenelle's kind and supportive message about Courtland, especially considering their tumultuous past. Hopefully, this wayward gent will have sobered up in jail, and will celebrate his release with a couple more confederate flag tattoos (or not).
