Merp, merp. As many Jersey Shore devotees know, Deena Nicole was arrested for disorderly conduct after a drunken boardwalk adventure during the filming of Jersey Shore Season 6. Now, Meatball Number Two has been banned from one of the sites of her antics that day: the Spicy Cantina & Mexican Grille.

According to the Associated Press, Spicy Cantina was issued a $15,000 fine (!) for serving Deena even though she was "visibly intoxicated." As part of the agreement negotiated with the restaurant, Deena has been banned from the premises for 2 years.

Does that seem harsh to you, or is it totally justified? On one hand, Deena definitely caused an unwanted commotion — according to the AP report she even "stood on someone’s table while they were eating" — and obviously this fine is bad for the restaurant. On the other hand, the restaurant runners are the ones who allowed Deena to stick around for a reported 90 minutes, instead of dealing with the situation at the time.
