Well, that was fast! Although Vinny Guadagnino and girlfriend Melanie Iglesias split less than two weeks ago, he exclusively confirmed to Wetpaint Entertainment that they’ve already gotten back together.

We spoke with Vin and the other love of his life, co-star Pauly D, at the New York Television Festival’s “Love, Loss and Gym, Tan, Laundry” event last night, where he filled us in the good news…and let Pauly know that, even though he’s back with Melanie, their bromance will live on.

Wetpaint Entertainment: Vinny, how’s your love life?

Vinny: Well, it was a little complicated. But I got back together with my girl.

Pauly: Ha! I knew it!

Pauly, you hadn’t heard?

Pauly: No, but I had a feeling…

Vinny: Pauly hasn’t gotten any phone calls from me for a while, so he got suspicious…

Is dating more difficult because you’re a reality star?

Vinny: Yeah, it can be. Because first of all, you have to question the intention of that person. Do they want to date you for you...or for the show? I actually met my girlfriend while we were both doing a show, MTV’s Guy Code, so that made things a little easier.

There was a report that, in addition to doing Guy Code, you’re also going to be the new host of 10 on Top?

Vinny: I don’t know where that came from. Don’t listen to that report. They have a new host every time. I just co-hosted one of them.

So now that Vinny’s back with his Melanie, does it mean the end of your bromance?

Pauly: Nah, but I’m going to give Vinny space for the time being so he can be with his girl.

Vinny: Aw come on man, you know you’re always welcome to roll with us.
